Still white wine from Etna DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Carranco, 100% Carricante, 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that expresses the power of the Etna volcano, a combination of history and experience, and authentic Etna roots. The bouquet is complex, with fruity notes of green apple and grapefruit, as well as ripe white peach. These aromas are accompanied by notes of aromatic herbs and flowers, such as hawthorn. The acidity, savory flavors, and pronounced mineral notes lend freshness and power to a wine undoubtedly suited to long bottle aging.

Carranco was born from the meeting of Borgogno and Tornatore, a blend of history, experience, and authentic Ethnean roots. 

The vineyards are located on the volcano's northern flank, and only traditional methods of vinification are used. It only grows native vines, primarily Nerello Mescalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Carricante, which are the purest expressions of Etna, and it is from the volcanic soils that they draw the power, strength, and explosiveness of each eruption.
