Description
Rum Rum obtained from the double distillation in a bain-marie of pure fermented sugar cane juice and aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being diluted with eau-du-ciel and bottled. With this alcohol content, it is perfect for C-Punch, our version of the typical Caribbean aperitif, because it maintains a certain alcoholic strength even when slightly diluted. Just add an ice cube to a generous measure of rum and a twist of green lemon zest: the latter, squeezed into the tumbler with its essential oils, enhances the authentic, vegetal soul of the distillate and brings out the aroma of fresh cane juice.
