Description
Wild raspberry distillate, 41% ABV, produced by Capovilla. 0.50 L bottle. A distillate that captures the essence of wild raspberries, a tribute to Capovilla's passion for distillation. My passion for the world of spirits began by chance in 1974, the year I began working with winemaking machinery. Numerous trips abroad, particularly to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, allowed me to discover the world of distillation, which, unlike what was happening in Italy, was based on a completely different culture. A raspberry concentrate enriched with fermentation notes that make it even more profound and complex.
