Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Cantina Valle Isarco. 100% Kerner, 2023 vintage. A wine made from Alto Adige's youngest cooperative, founded in 1961. The grapes are gently pressed after a brief contact time with the skins, fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation. Aged for 7 months on the fine lees. Fruity, aromatic, with character and great elegance, with hints of peach. Greenish to straw yellow in color. Dry, full-bodied and lively, spicy with a hint of muscatel.
