Description
A classic method brut sparkling wine produced by Cantina di Soave, in the heart of Veneto. 12% ABV, composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A fine and persistent perlage accompanies a bouquet of brioche with a delicate, fresh and fruity nuance. The grapes are gently pressed, and only the first pressing, the free-run must, is used. Bottle aging always lasts over 36 months, and the riddling is done manually, according to the traditional method. The palate is smooth, creamy, and fragrant.

| Wine making | The whole grapes, all from the same vintage year, are pressed softly and only the first-pressing part, the must-flower, is used. After the first fermentation and the addition of the liqueur de tirage, the wine is bottled in characteristic dark green champagnes (draught) bottles. The bottles of Equipe5, placed horizontally in the underground cellars of Borgo Rocca Sveva, begin a slow re-fermentation. |
| Aging | Maturation in the bottle is always over 36 months and remuage is carried out manually, according to the traditional method. After disgorgement, the liqueur d'expedition is added: Equipe5 is now ready to be savoured. |
