A still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, produced by Kaltern Caldaro. 2024 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Sauvignon Blanc born in Caldaro, where the grape variety has adapted perfectly. Cold maceration of the destemmed grapes for 10–18 hours, soft pressing, natural decantation of the must, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C (20% in large barrels). Aged on the fine lees for 5 months. Notes of elderflower, cassis, and exotic fruit on the nose. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Notes of currant, savory flavors, and a long, fruity finish on the palate.
