Description
A classic method sparkling rosé without dosage from Oltrepò Pavese, Lombardy, produced by Ca di Frara. 100% Pinot Noir. A classic method born from the passion and experience of a family that has been producing excellent wines since 1905. Aromas of ripe berries: blackberries, raspberries; white flowers, and even hazelnuts. Natural, intense, bright pink color. Savory finish but well-tempered; dry, pleasantly fruity. Hints of licorice typical of a Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine.
