Description
An international expression of its land, this Ripasso with its intense ruby red colour is made with the traditional double fermentation technique, using the best selection of Valpolicella Classico and the pomace of the grapes from which Amarone is made, still impregnated with sugars, yeasts and aromas. Ageing in barrels makes the wine harmonious and velvety. After three years of rest, the wine fully develops its strength.

| Wine making | The best selection of Valpolicella is 'repassed' on the dried marc of freshly drawn Amarone, still steeped in sugars and aromas, thus initiating a second fermentation. With this process, the wine is enriched with colour, extracts and aromas, increasing its alcohol content and longevity. |
| Aging | After ageing for 15 months in oak barriques and tonneaux, the result is a product distinguished by remarkable balance and structure, which has acquired new aromatic notes and stabilised its colouring substance. It is further refined in the bottle for 6 months before being marketed. |
| Allergens | Contains sulphites |
