Description

The WHITE is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Viognier. Hints of fruit such as grapefruit and gooseberry precede a finish characterised by floral notes. Not having undergone malolactic fermentation, the wine displays an enchanting freshness, while a five-month maturing on the lees, one third in barriques and two thirds in steel vats, guarantees an excellent structure.
