Description
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Bindella, 100% Sangiovese. 0.75-liter bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that expresses the elegance of the Tuscan terroir, aged for 18-20 months in French oak tonneaux and 12 months in bottle. The grapes come from clay-loam soils with a northeastern exposure. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C, with maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days. A triumph of fruit, with black cherries and wild berries, sweet spices, dried leaves, and a hint of minerality. Refined on the palate, with a good fresh-savory thrust and virile tannins. A long, persistent finish.
