Description
Still white wine from the Rhône, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Benjamin et David Duclaux. 100% Viognier, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Condrieu that embodies the elegance and complexity of Viognier, an aromatic grape par excellence. Founded in 1928 by Frédéric Caillet, the domaine comprises 5.8 hectares of vines above Tupin et Semons, at the southern end of the Côte Rôtie appellation. Golden yellow in the glass, it opens on the nose with a complex bouquet accompanied by light floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is ample, rounded, and mineral, with a finish that invites a second sip.
