A Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses the soul of the Tuscan terroir, with a label that tells the story of an ambitious project. Clayey-sandy soil, slightly calcareous. Harvested at perfect ripeness. In steel tanks. At least 12 months, partly in barriques, partly in large oak barrels. At least 3 months in bottle. Aromas range from ripe cherry to spice, with a final hint of licorice.
