Aged: Monvigliero: 5 years in 4000L wooden barrels, Boscatto: 5 years in 4000L wooden barrels. The two are blended and aged together for 5 years in 8000L Allier wooden barrels. Dry, full-bodied, robust, austere yet velvety, a wine that reveals itself over time, offering a unique sensory experience.
