Organic Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature by Robert Barbichon, from the Champagne region of France, traditional method pas dosé, 97% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier, 12% ABV. A wine that expresses the complexity of the Champagne terroir through a bouquet of ripe fruit, with pear in particular, hints of exotic flowers, and even red berries and peach. On the palate, it offers a soft minerality, slightly salty citrus notes, and a long finish that returns to the mineral notes. Ideal with appetizers and fish dishes.
