Classic method sparkling wine, pas dosé, produced by Balter. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. 0.75 l bottle. A Trento DOC Brut Nature born from the passion of Nicola Balter and the collaboration of winemaker Paolo Inama. It offers intense aromas that move between floral and fruity puffs, citrus nuances, and balsamic wafts. Fine and persistent perlage. Bright straw yellow. Sharp on the palate, complemented by a soft foam and enhanced by an intriguing mineral flavor. Long and taut finish.

We are in Trentino on top of a hill 350 meters above sea level, 3 km from Rovereto, in a farm to cultivate wine highly specialized area of 10 hectare fully fenced and merged.
