Description
Champagne AOC 1er Cru brut classic method, 12.5% ABV, produced by Aubry, 2011 vintage. Blend: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier. A champagne made in Jouy-lès-Reims, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, by a family of winemakers since 1790. Separate vinification in oak barrels for 9 months, then aged for approximately 4 years on the lees before disgorgement. Fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant aromas of white-fleshed fruit, yellow flowers, and aromatic herbs. Bright straw yellow. On the palate, it unfolds with great freshness and energy. It develops on notes of citrus and fruit, with a strong mineral texture. The finish is persistent and harmonious.
