Description
A champagne very interesting to capture freshness and vivacity, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir with the addition of red wine produced by partial maceration of Pinot Meunier from the old vineyard "Les Noues."
The very low dose of "liqueur d'expedition" makes it very fruity on nose and with a pleasant taste of biscuit in the mouth.
