Description
A still red from the Sonoma Coast in California, 13.5% ABV, produced by Anthill Farms Winery. 100% Pinot Noir, a wine that embodies the elegance and finesse of this iconic varietal. Vintage 2020. Anthill Farms, founded in 2004, produces handcrafted wines with passion and dedication, focusing on the expression of terroir. Impeccable in its balance of fruit, acidity, and aromatics. Crushed flowers, mint, dried cherries, and pine create an attractive tapestry of aromas, flavors, and textures, especially through the mid-palate and finish, where the wine offers good density.

Today, we make eight single-vineyard Pinots and two appellation wines every year; depending on the vintage, we’ll also produce two or three Syrahs and a Chardonnay. We release the Sonoma County Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay to our mailing list members in Spring; fall sees the Mendocino County and Syrah offering. Outside of our mailing list, a small amount of wine is released every year to restaurants and wine shops.
We started small and have remained so; the best way to find our wines is through our mailing list, which can be accessed here. Unfortunately we are not available to accommodate visits to the winery outside of our scheduled pickup days. Read more
