Description
A classic method brut sparkling wine produced by André Delorme in Burgundy. Blend of Aligoté and Chardonnay, 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bourgogne that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundy, with a history dating back to 1942. Its fresh nose offers floral and fruity notes of mirabelle plums, peaches, and lemons on a base of vanilla and fresh almonds. On the palate, the attack is soft and elegant, and the perfect acidity enhances the wine's remarkable freshness. A perfect aperitif, it also makes an excellent accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes.
