Description
Trento DOC Pas Dosé classic method sparkling wine, produced by Altemasi (Cavit) in Trentino Alto Adige, 2018 vintage. A wine that celebrates the mountains and their ability to create bubbles of great finesse and elegance. Fresh aromas, reminiscent of white fruits like apple and peach, combine with citrus notes of bergamot. Full-bodied, with excellent texture, balance, and intensity, it closes with a rich, pleasantly almondy finish. A unique sensory experience, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes.

| Soil composition | The grapes selected for the production of this wine are cultivated in different regions: from the slopes of the coneshaped alluvial fans in the Dolomite mountains, where the chalky soil is rich in texture, to the Valle dei Laghi valley, with its well-drained marlstone, and the Valle di Cembra valley, whose steep slopes are formed from gravelly glacial-fluvial deposits. |
