Langhe Nebbiolo, a still red from Piedmont, 13.5% ABV, produced by Elio Altare, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the passion and dedication of a family that has lovingly cultivated the vine for generations. Maceration on the skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenters for 3-4 days. Aged in used French barriques for 5 months. Delicate with floral and rose petal aromas. Ruby red color. Subtle but not dry tannins, intense red fruit flavors, good acidity.
