Still biodynamic white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12% ABV, produced by Alois Lageder. 100% Chardonnay, 2024 vintage. A Chardonnay that reflects Alois Lageder's commitment to biodynamic agriculture, with a conscious approach to natural resources. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged on the lees, partly in wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel (approximately 9 months). Yellow with light greenish reflections. Discreet aromas, intense bouquet, fruity (apricot, mango), buttery. Medium-bodied, lively, soft, elegantly opulent, dry.
