An extra brut classic method that expresses the elegance of Chardonnay through notes of tropical fruit, chalk, melted butter, and vanilla. Aged in bottle for 3 years. On the palate, the grape's minerality emerges with all its nuances, a wine that can compete with more sophisticated dishes while maintaining its elegance. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes.

The company is located to the west of the city of Reims, more precisely in Prouilly where for centuries they produce quality wines. At the time of Julius Caesar, the Roman legions introduced vines. Later, the monks have intensified and improved winemaking.

Currently, our vineyards cover four municipalities. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are planted in Prouilly, Pévy,
Branscourt while Chardonnay is planted in Unchair, village which is seven miles far from Prouilly.

Our vineyards are particularly difficult to work due to the the slope of the land. In exchange, it offers leaf area, orientation and soil ideal for the cultivation of the vine. Read more
