Description
Adami Prosecco Valdobbiadene Giardino Dry comes to life in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area and characterizes a Prosecco Superiore DOCG made from 100% Glera vines in the Veneto region. This unique territory has been linked to an excellent product created by Francesco Maria Malvolti since 1772. The strategic position between the sea and the Alpine foothills allows the grapes to rapidly transition from rain to wind. These frequent and inconsistent climatic variations create a unique and incomparable microclimate, where the slope of the hills ensures a perfect balance between abundant water and wind. An altitude ranging from 100 to 500 meters also guarantees a temperature range that can extraordinarily enhance the natural aromas present there. The artisanal craftsmanship that accompanies this wine stems from a sparkling winemaking tradition reflected in an almost legendary viticulture, to which farming families of yore lavished such care and expertise over the years that it has become the cornerstone of entire generations of winemakers. Everything is a value to be preserved and safeguarded in the production processes that lead the Adami winery to the creation of a wine of superior quality. Today, as then, this native Charmat Method dry sparkling white is crafted by hand, a reminder year after year that nature sometimes explodes, on a human scale, into bubbles of incredible beauty.
