Description
For Abelé 1757, time is an ally, a source of inspiration, a symbol, a thread that runs through the ages: the common denominator of all the House's wines, the link between past eras and the present. Since its founding in the mid-18th century, the fifth-oldest Champagne House has always had the same spirit: to produce exceptional, bespoke, and long-aged champagnes. A true work of artisanal art, all Abelé 1757 cuvées are produced in extremely limited quantities. Abelé 1757 thus offers the highest quality while maintaining a human-scale, artisanal dimension. It is in its century-old cellars, sheltered from light and temperature variations, that the 2014 Brut Millésimé matures, evoking the vintage of its harvest.
