Torre dei Beati Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Bianchi Grilli 2015
Our activity is limited to the cultivation of a few indigenous grape varieties, which we love to vinify purely to try to characterize them as best we can in our territory in relation to individual vintages. By the name Bianchi Grilli, we refer to the limited production of white wine born of our will and our pleasure to deepen and experiment, according to the potential of our grapes. Of crickets, so to speak, we can not get rid of it from the head. The Trebbiano has entered our vineyards recently, for the will to make our little tribute to this vine so important of Abruzzo's tradition.
