Vinification |
Soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15-16 °C. In spring, the cuvée obtained from blending the various wines is bottled and undergoes second fermentation directly in the bottle. |

In the bottle, on the fermentation lees for at least 36 months. |
Pairing |
Delightful with appetizers and desserts. Its body makes it the ideal all-round accompaniment from entrées to cheeses, pasta, fish, white meat, feathered game and barbecued meats. |
