Tiri Traditional Panettone

Italian excellence in naturally leavened baked goods

The history of the Tiri family began in 1957 in Acerenza, Basilicata, where Vincenzo Tiri opened the family’s first bakery. Today, the third generation continues this tradition, combining artisanal craftsmanship, research, and a strong connection to the local territory.

Tiri Panettone has received numerous awards over the years and has become one of the most iconic products in contemporary Italian pastry making.

The Traditional Panettone is made using the original Tiri Method, based on three dough stages and 72 hours of processing. The sourdough starter used by the family comes from a culture dating back to the mid-1930s and is refreshed daily in the laboratory.

Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021

The noble character of the Langhe

Barolo is one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized expressions of Italian winemaking. Produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes in the hills of the Langhe, it embodies the elegance, complexity, and remarkable aging potential for which Piedmont is renowned.

Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021 is born among the hills of the Langhe, where the vineyards benefit from soils rich in sandstone, marl, limestone, and clay.

The wine displays a luminous garnet colour with ruby reflections. Its bouquet is elegant and complex, with aromas of raspberry jam accompanied by notes of liquorice and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, powerful, and harmonious, with velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Why these two products were paired

The Tiri Traditional Panettone and Vigne Piemontesi Barolo 2021 represent two of Italy’s most celebrated gastronomic traditions.

Rather than being conceived as a conventional dessert pairing, this selection accompanies two distinct moments of the Christmas celebration.

The Barolo is ideal for the main festive meal, where its structure, complexity, and velvety tannins enhance rich meat dishes, game, and mature cheeses. The Tiri Traditional Panettone offers an elegant conclusion to the celebration, with its exceptionally soft texture and distinctive aromas of butter, raisins, candied orange, honey, and vanilla.

This pairing creates a journey through two remarkable Italian regions: Piedmont, the historic homeland of Barolo and Nebbiolo, and Basilicata, where the Tiri family has elevated the traditional art of natural leavening.

Why it is an excellent corporate gift

This selection is much more than a simple Christmas present. It combines two products with strong identities, both deeply connected to Italian tradition and recognized for their quality, craftsmanship, and distinctive character.

It is the ideal gift for:

  • thanking clients for their trust;

  • rewarding employees and collaborators;

  • strengthening relationships with partners and suppliers;

  • accompanying corporate Christmas wishes with an elegant gesture;

  • offering international recipients an authentic expression of Italian excellence;

  • standing out from traditional holiday hampers with a more refined selection.

The elegant blue and gold Tiri packaging, paired with the prestigious presence of a Barolo DOCG bottle, creates a gift with strong visual impact, suitable for both Italian and international recipients.
