Pacina

Pacina has a long history of agriculture, sustainability and respect for tradition. An idea that took shape in recent times thanks to the determination of Giovanna's parents, Lucia Carli and Enzo Tiezzi, scientists and environmental activists who decided to move to the family farm in the early 1970s and put their ideas of sustainability into practice.

Today, the farm covers a total of 65 hectares, of which about 11 are vineyards, mostly planted with native varieties: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti and a small plot of Syrah. The vines range in age from 5 to 50 years old, with a few plants that have been lost over time.
