I Fabbri

"My name is Susanna, and I grow vines and olive trees in Chianti Classico, the wine-growing heart of Tuscany, on an estate called Casole that has belonged to my family since 1600. Generation after generation, the Grassi family has taken care of this land and these vineyards. In 2000, I wanted to carry on the spiritual legacy and passion of my ancestors, and so my adventure at I Fabbri began." (Susanna Grassi)
