Domaine Guilhem et Jean-Hugues

Our family estate has its origins in the 14th century and has been located in the wine village of Saint Bris le Vineux since the Middle Ages surrounded by Irancy, Chablis and Auxerre.

In the heart of the vineyards of Northern Burgundy in the department of Yonne (less than 2 hours from Paris), the estate covers 30 hectares and includes the municipalities of Saint-Bris, Irancy and Chablis.

In 1979 we founded the family business and we always wanted to pay attention to the land. After adopting the organic farming method for many years, we obtained an ECOCERT certification in 2001.

In 2005, our son Guilhem and his wife Marie, who have the same respect for the land, joined the company, which was awarded the same year by DEMETER for biodynamic certification.

For many years, we have worked on vineyards in the respect of denominations, consumers, people who work for the estate and, of course, the environment with a know-how that combines tradition and modernism.
