Château de Charodon is a fine house in the Beaune plain and the centre of Louis Vallet's negociant activity. His family own Bourrée/Vallet in Gevrey Chambertin.
Louis has been working in Chile making pinot noir in the Bío-Bío region and has now started his own business buying in grapes and making wine in Burgundy.
He started with this Gevrey Créots 2011, a Saint-Aubin and a Meursault Perrières, and hopes to expand the range.
