Description

A still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV. 100% Sauvignon, a varietal that thrives in the region's alluvial soils. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born between the mountains and clear skies of Alto Adige, where the Vigne Alto Adige winery preserves an ancient and generous soul. Gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation. Greenish yellow. Intense, with hints of nettle and blackcurrant. Dry, rounded, and distinctive.
