Description
Still organic white wine from Roero, Piedmont, 13% ABV, produced by Valfaccenda. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. An Arneis made from grapes grown primarily in two vineyards near the hamlet of Madonna di Loreto. The wine is a blend of juice-only fermentation and full-fermentation of the grapes; the proportions vary depending on the vintage and the associated climate. After the necessary aging, the wine is bottled during the waning moon of late spring and released for sale the following autumn.
During the current renovation phase (2016-2020 curated by Carolina and Luca) we’ve considered this past history, keeping alive some found objects and rethinking all spaces, with a special focus on everything has been done before us by who took care of the ‘Cascina’. This place firstly became our home, then our cellar with tasting room and finally a little and cozy tourist accommodation with rooms.
For us ‘hospitality’ means welcoming you to our dynamic microcosm. Read more
