Description
Still white wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tuzko Birtok in Hungary, Szekszard/Tolna region. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the freshness and vivacity of the Hungarian terroir. The harvested grapes are immediately taken to the cellar where they are carefully selected, destemmed, and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16°C (61°F) for 12–4 days. The wine was aged in stainless steel vats for several months before bottling. On the nose, it releases fresh and delicate notes of kiwi, green apple, and elderflower. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. On the palate, it is fragrant and very fresh, characterized by typical varietal aromas.
