Description
Still organic red wine from Beaujolais, France, 12% ABV, produced by Thillardon. Gamay blend. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from a passion for nature and the desire to produce clean, unadulterated wines. Domaine Thillardon has been practicing organic methods since 2008 and is currently biodynamic. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by spicy notes reminiscent of the land from which it comes. Ruby red in color with purple highlights that hint at the wine's freshness. On the palate, the wine is ample, accompanied by notes of crisp fruit that invite a second sip.

Pairings
We have been working organically since the beginning (2008) and biodynamically today. The vineyard covers 12 hectares spread over Chénas, Moulin à Vent and Beaujolais. The environment in which we live is very important and we have reintroduced animals right into the heart of the estate (cows, horses, poultry, pigs, beehives, etc.). All our vines are surrounded by hedges and we have reintroduced trees in the middle, particularly at Chassignol. Our 2 horses are used to plough the soil. Read more
