Wine making From a selection of the finest grapes in the vineyards of the Surrau valley, a great wine and an intense aromatic load are born. After a brief contact of the skins with the must, the controlled temperature fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with its own batons.
