A Champagne excellence, this Cuvée de Réserve Dosage Zéro enhances the purity of its aromas. Pompon-Champy produces its cuvées using authentic methods that respect tradition. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with a fine and persistent perlage.
