Gin from Veneto, produced by Distillerie Poli. 0.70 L bottle, 42% ABV. A gin that celebrates the Mediterranean, with an explosion of aromas thanks to rosemary, basil, thyme, and mint. Artisanal distillation with Crysopea, vacuum-sealed bain-marie still. On the palate, juniper lends depth and harmony; the aftertaste sensations overlap like waves that caress the palate, with notes of coriander, cardamom, and fennel.
