Description
What kind of wine it is
Pierre Mignon's Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut fully expresses the finesse of its terroir. This Blanc de Noirs is crafted from a carefully selected blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. In the glass, it displays an intense yellow colour with bright golden highlights, releasing a delicately floral aroma enriched by complex fruity notes. On the palate, it offers a pleasant balance of flavours between liveliness and fullness, distinguished by a refined mineral touch. The persistent finish delivers elegant hints of brioche, ripe fruit and citrus.
Where it comes from
This wine is born in Le Breuil, in the Vallée de la Marne, within the renowned Champagne region of France. The Pierre Mignon estate cultivates sixteen hectares of vineyards, benefiting from a microclimate ideal for black grape varieties. The Champagne produced on these historic estates faithfully reflects the unique characteristics of the local soils, ensuring a solid and well-defined structure. The high quality of the raw material guarantees remarkable longevity in the glass and an excellent ageing potential estimated at up to ten years.
How it is produced
The production of this label is based on the strict principles of the Traditional Method, involving a slow secondary fermentation in the bottle and meticulous ageing on the lees for between twenty-four and thirty-six months. This maturation develops aromatic depth and brings harmony to the wine, maintaining a dry and precise profile thanks to the Brut dosage. The vibrant freshness of the cuvée pairs beautifully with refined aperitifs, shellfish and steamed white fish, and is also ideal for delicate poultry dishes and cheese selections.

It was Pierre Mignon, however, who marked a decisive turning point in the company's development. Thanks to his vision and commitment, he firmly established Maison Pierre Mignon as one of the most prestigious names on the Champagne scene.
Today, the story continues with Céline and Jean-Charles Mignon, worthy heirs to this family passion, who carry on the work of their forebears, upholding the values and excellence of the House. Read more
