Description
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Belemnita, 2008 vintage, produced by Philippe Gonet in the Champagne region. Dry classic method. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 12% ABV. A unique sensory experience, a journey through the complexity and elegance of Champagne. A complex and aromatic bouquet: smoky notes, walnuts (hazelnuts and cashews), and candied fruit, all underscored by a touch of acacia honey; vanilla and a buttery touch that then opens to dried fruit and notes of candied citrus (lemon, grapefruit). A brilliant, crystalline straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced. The finish is satisfyingly long.
