Still red Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Solaria (Patrizia Cencioni) in Tuscany. 0.75 l bottle, 2020 vintage. A Brunello born from the passion and dedication of a family that has been producing excellent wines in Montalcino for years. The wine originates in the vineyard and matures in the cellar. Long maceration on the skins with frequent pumping over, quiescent in the final stage; maximum temperature allowed to rise freely up to 33 degrees Celsius. Aged for 24 months in Allier barriques. A minimum of 6 months in bottle. Ethereal and complex, with fruity notes well-blended with hints of wood. Deep ruby red with garnet hues, clear. Powerful structure and tannins, soft and mellow. A wine that embodies the essence of the Montalcino terroir.
