Description
Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13% ABV, 100% Ribolla Gialla. Produced by Paraschos, a winery founded in 1998 that follows the ancient traditions of Collio. Alcoholic fermentation in oak vats with the skins, without forced cooling and without the addition of selected yeasts. Aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for at least 24 months on its lees. A wine that expresses the soul of the terroir, with a winemaking process that respects nature and the grape variety.
