The Bourgogne Blanc Hautes Cotes de Nuits by Nicole Lamarche is a still white wine that expresses the authentic character of Chardonnay. To the eye, it displays a straw yellow colour, enriched with subtle golden reflections. The aromatic profile reveals clear fruity and floral aromas, while on the palate it is long, characterised by a solid mineral tension and a pronounced persistence of flavour.

Where it comes from

This white originates in Burgundy, at the heart of the Hautes-Cotes de Nuits appellation. The Nicole Lamarche winery, located in Vosne-Romanée, has been cultivating these vineyards for several generations. Their deep knowledge of the land allows them to make the most of the soil's natural vocation, resulting in a wine with a clear profile. The terroir provides the necessary structure to support an interesting ageing potential, estimated between five and ten years.

How it is produced

The processing of the grapes aims to preserve the natural freshness and territorial identity of the variety. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 12 and 14 °C to fully appreciate its aromatic and gustatory spectrum. At the table, the wine's texture pairs harmoniously with vegetarian recipes and white fish dishes. Thanks to its versatility, it also balances well with poultry, white meats and mature cheeses.
