Description
Roero Arneis DOCG classic method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Negro Angelo. 100% Arneis, 2018 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs born from the passion of a family that has cultivated vineyards on the Roero hills since 1670. No maceration. Soft pressing of the whole grapes. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 60 months “sur lies”. Second fermentation: April-May following the harvest. Elegant nose of dried flowers and lightly toasted bread crust. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense straw yellow. On the palate, it has a crisp and creamy foam, never aggressive. Reminiscent of pear and Rennet apple. Yeasty, soft, mineral, slightly bitter aftertaste.
