How it is produced

Following malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for six months on the lees without any filtration. Ageing continues on racks for an average period of twenty-eight months. After disgorgement, the cuvée completes its evolution with a further six months of maturation in the cellar, ensuring maximum harmony of flavour.
