Climate Altidine: MasoWarth: 350 m. a.s.l.; Hills of Lavis: 250 m. a.s.l.; Valle di Cembra: 500-650 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition Predominantly calcareous.
Wine making Whole-bunch pressed and selection of the juice from the rst pressing. Fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks until bottling for the secondary fermentation.
