The maso is a typical rural building, a stone house with its own land, a place where the culture of Trentino civilisation has its roots, synonymous with precious land wrested from the mountains, the Trentino of fields, valleys, vineyards and mountains. Here life takes place with its own rhythms, everything lives in symbiosis: nature, agriculture, vine cultivation, work, family.

In the winery, during all the vinification phases, Maso Poli is the creator of a happy coexistence of traditional techniques with modern methods. The separate vinification of the grapes from the individual vineyards and the application of differentiated techniques in the winemaking process in the cellar make it possible to maintain the different characteristics of the land and to transfer to the wine peculiarities and nuances that, in perfect balance, create the complexity and uniqueness of a wine. Cold maceration of the grapes allows the extraction of primary aromatic substances, while fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature gives finesse to the aromas.

Maso Poli, owned by the Togn family, still represents all this: it is an old "maso" dating back to 1700, recently renovated respecting the local landscape but with a new architectural interpretation of the structure. It is surrounded by fifteen hectares of land, ten of which are vineyards, in an ideal position due to its altitude, soil composition, exposure to the sun and shelter from cold winds.

The Togn family began to renew the vines at the end of the seventies, levelling and draining the land in order to obtain grapes from the new rows and, from these, wines whose aromas and flavours celebrate the extraordinary nature of the place.

The new wine cellar, built in 2004, has a large pergola with a view of the Piana Rotaliana and welcomes a few hundred people on the occasion of tourist and cultural events.
