Still white wine from Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire Valley, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Laporte. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1850. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats (70%) and oak barrels (30%), with temperature control. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months before release. Hints of white flowers anticipate an aromatic palate that surprises with its breadth, personality, and balance.
