Description
Still white Langhe DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by La Spinetta. 0.75 L bottle, 2017 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Rivetti family, pioneers in the production of Moscato and Barbera. Alcoholic fermentation in second-passage French oak barrels, followed by approximately 18 months of aging in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Hints of lemon, tarragon, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is savory, elegant, and rich, with sweet and citrus notes. Excellent balance between structure and finesse.
